Minooka OHV Park
Location
This new and popular OHV park is about 20 miles out of Alabaster AL. With 13 miles of two way multi use trails that wind through a scenic and dense forest. Fishing is allowed at the lake and there are some nice overlook decks that offer a pleasant scenic view of the lake. An on-site campground, day use area, shower facilities and a general store are among the park amenities. This pleasant park offers a variety of trails from the more difficult to the novice terrain for beginners. Elevation ranges from 550 to 650 ft.
Southern Ridge ATV trails
Location
Creek corssing, mud bogs, deep-water crossings and miles of trails can be found at this ATV Park. With 30 miles of trails available to choose from this is a very large park and offers all sorts of difficulty levels. Making it easy to spend an entire weekend, camping with family and exploring the trails. Primitive camping is allowed and is free for paying guests. RV hookups are allowed but call ahead as there are only six sites. Hot showers and a spray wash are also available.
Kentuck ORV Area
Location
This trail system consists of four separate two way traffice loops that wind through a mixed hardwood forest. Terrain ranges from wide and fast to steep and technical, and the trails are well maintained. During dry weather the trails can be very dusty. Armadillos and wild turkeys inhabit the area. The Ridge
Location
This popular off road park has about 30 miles marked and rated one-way only trails, and MX and pee-wee track, mud bogs, hill climbs, rocky sections, and an open field for beginners. You'll find something for everyone here. With hidden swimming holes and catch and release fishing opportunities as the trails wind through dense forest vegetation and bamboo stalks. Hot showers, restrooms and a concession stand are among the amenities that this park has to offer. The park is available on Friday through Sunday only, however if you want to come on a weekday you can arrange this for $150 per day.
